Step 1 - Sign Up

It takes about 5 minutes to open an Acteva account. Simply fill out the online form and you're ready to go.  

Step 2 - Create and Publish Your Event

The next step is to create and publish an Active Page for your event. Acteva's Active Pages are web pages with built in payment handling and data processing. Active Pages require no coding - simply fill out a form about your event and you're ready to go.

Don't let the ease of use fool you, Active Pages can support a wide variety of events, from alumni reunions and fundraisers to conferences and trade shows to seminars and festivals. It's like having online event registration & planning software customized to your specific needs!

Once you have published your event, you can use Acteva's EventMail to send out notification to everyone.

Step 3 - Start Selling

After learning about your event, participants can visit the Active Page web pages you have created and register and pay for your event. Acteva then processes and confirms event registration and payment information immediately and sends a unique electronic confirmation to the registrant by email. If your participant has a problem registering, they can pick up the phone and call Acteva toll free at any point and speak with a live person.

Behind the scenes, every single piece of data that is entered by your participants is captured and stored in a database where it can be downloaded at anytime. Acteva provides you with a powerful online event registration system that lets you get up-to-the-second information about who's registered for your event and how much money you've collected.

Step 4 - Manage Your Event

As the day of the event draws closer, you will need to start preparing. Use our online event management software tools to generate will call lists, meal preference lists, name tags and badges from the database of information that was collected during the registration process.
