At ACTEVA, the Sales Development Representative is an important business partner for the organization. The main focus of this role lies in generating qualified prospects for the Sales Force through cold-calling, campaign follow up and development of incoming leads. |

Job Responsibilities: |
|
| |
|
Qualify leads to identify new business opportunities, quantify the prospect’s business requirements, decision making criteria and process, budget, time frame, etc. |
|
| |
|
Perform lead generation functions to penetrate assigned target accounts |
|
| |
|
Present value propositions clearly and succinctly |
|
| |
|
Generate qualified leads via and set sales appointments for Sales Team |
|
| |
|
Interact with prospects and provide high level product information |
|
| |
|
Maintain accurate records and log all activities in our sales force automation system (SalesForce.com) |
|
| |
|
Provide accurate prospecting forecasts |
|
| |
|
Ensure high customer satisfaction |
|
What qualifies you for these positions? You have: |
|
| |
|
One or more years at a Business-to-Business organization in an Inside Sales Development or Inside Sales role |
|
| |
|
Proven track record in making cold calls and converting prospects into qualified leads |
|
| |
|
Ability to make 70+ calls per day and set 10 qualified appointments per week |
|
| |
|
Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve demo quotas |
|
| |
|
Fluency in English along with excellent phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills |
|
| |
|
Experience working with an online CRM or Sales Force Automation System: preferably SalesForce.com along with a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications |
|
| |
|
Good knowledge of ASP platform basics and enterprise software space overall |
|
| |
|
Self Confidence and a Team Player attitude along with a strong work ethic |
|
| |
|
Graduated with a BS/BA degree from a respected college or university, or equivalent experience in the information technology marketplace or the military |

The IT Manager is an important role within our organization. It is responsible for ensuring our internal systems are running along with assisting fellow team members with their specific infrastructure needs. Our customers rely on the availability of our service 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week so our back office systems need to be maintained with this in mind. This requires the IT Manager to be available to address system performance, user access and overall availability issues outside of an 8AM to 5PM working environment. |

| Do you enjoy directly managing a back office IT infrastructure and also working closely with our outsourcing partners to maintain our production systems? Do you have experience with managing an Exchange/Outlook environment with direct and web client users? Have you worked with internal users to trouble shoot their individual PC issues, acquire needed hardware and software, and also take the lead with maintaining the physical work areas and office environment? Position Requirements: |
|
| |
|
At the least three years of applicable work experience with 1 year of IT Management experience |
|
| |
|
A verifiable and clean background check |
|
| |
|
Possess a Professional demeanor |
|
| |
|
Proficiency in Windows XP Professional, Exchange 2003 and Office 2003 |
|
| |
|
Strong knowledge about backup systems, firewalls, servers, and routers |
|
| |
|
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and office furniture |
|
| |
|
Strong work ethic, self motivated and willing to work a flexible work schedule when required |
|
| |
|
Positive attitude and a persistent personality to overcome obstacles and to achieve a timely project completion |
|
| |
|
Experience with salesforce.com administration a plus |
