| Both solutions are designed for organizers who hold events of any size although they have different capabilities. Acteva Plus is an easy to use, full-service registration and payment solution for events of any size, while Acteva Express is more of an entry-level solution that offers basic services at a pay-as-you-go price. Acteva Plus customers will also have access to advanced features and functionalities for creating their own self-service, branded event registration pages to sell tickets and memberships, accept donations, and manage online payments quickly and securely. Both applications are pure internet services, with no software to buy or hardware to install. |

| Included among the powerful new features for both Acteva Plus and Acteva Express customers are a New Event Creation Wizard that greatly simplifies creating and maintaining event listings; a built-in HTML Text Editor that lets event organizers create custom-branded registration pages and email templates; and a Promotion Code module specifically for Acteva Plus users that allows event planners to offer discounts and other incentives to select attendees and guests. |
